Frequently Asked Questions
Do
the cue CD’s have music on them?
We
do not offer music on our CD's. Our cue CD’s have only
the ‘change station’ and the additional exercise
prompts, so they will work with the music you already
have in your gym. We do offer a nice selection of
aerobic music, which you can check out here.
How
often will my members be prompted to perform a new
exercise?
All of our CD's have the
regular "change stations" prompt for the first 5
minutes of play. At that point the CD will prompt
the members to perform the specific task (sit-ups,
jumping jacks, etc.). Then the CD has another 5 minutes
of "change stations", followed by a heart rate
check......and so on. So, in a 30-minute session with a
cue CD the member will perform the new exercise 3
times.....5, 15 and 25 minutes into the CD. They will
also perform a heart rate check 3 times.....10, 20 and
30 minutes into the CD. (NOTE: The heart rate check will
only be included if you select it on the ordering page.)
For example, our 30-second “Jumping Jacks” CD (Female
Version) begins like any other cue CD by reminding the
members to "change stations" at 30-second intervals.
After 5 minutes the CD says: "All right ladies, it's
time to do some jumping jacks! Move towards the center
of the circuit, allow yourself enough room for safety,
and begin doing jumping jacks now. [17 seconds silence]
Stop. Great job! Move to the next station and continue
your workout."
How
long will it take to receive my CD’s?
We
will ship immediately upon receipt of your order. We
ship via First Class USPS mail, so you should expect to
receive your order within 3-5 days. NOTE FOR OUR
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: Customs has been causing some
delays, and some orders have taken between 8-9 days.
How
long will each CD play?
The
audio on our CD(s) is recorded in two separate tracks.
These tracks are identical and are about 30 minutes in
length. So, when the CD is inserted it will provide
about one hour of play. For continual play, simply push
the “repeat” button on your CD player.
Do
you take special orders?
Yes, we can often fill
special orders. If your request requires additional
editing time, the cost will be $20 per CD. If your
request requires additional studio (recording) time,
there will be a one-time $150 cost to record and produce
your CD. Email all special order requests to

What
is your return policy?
We
will gladly provide a full refund for any defective
CD’s. Simply notify us via email (info@cuecd.com)
if you have a defective CD and then return the defective
CD(s) to us. A full refund will be issued immediately
upon receipt of the defective CD’s.
